Need index page template with opt-in box -- fast

Hi,

We thought we were ready to launch a site and have a marketing campaign actually in motion. Because of circumstances we will not be able to pull it all back and thus need to act fast to get a temp page up.

I don't want the typical looking stuff and also want to include an opt-in box.

I suspect this will have to be up for a week while the designer finishes up.

Do you know of a great looking Web template that will maybe allow some customization with images and an opt-in box that we can tie to aWeber?

Any help here is appreciated.
