BEST CPA OFFER

Am a newbie when it comes to cpa and so i have been trying to sign up at some cpa network but the problem here is
1. Am currently in Nigeria, with regards to this am always told they don't accept publisher from my country
2. they always request for a phone interview
Now my question is that is there any cpa network that does not need you to go through a phone verification? if yes kindly list them
