Hello,

I have a couple of questions regarding the construction of a sales funnel I am looking to implement for my online business. If someone would be so kind as to discuss this with me via pm, I would greatly appreciate it. I will describe the niche I am in as well as the products I plan to offer.

Thanks so much,

Scott

    This is a public forum

Why not have your discussion for all to be part of so others can learn.

You do not have to mention your niche to get the information you need

I am more than happy to discuss it here...I just didn't want to drivel on and bore.

I am new to internet marketing and while I've searched the internet for the answer, I am still confused about a couple of things related to an effective sales funnel:

After visitors submit their email addresss on my squeeze page to receive their free gift, should I direct them immediately to a one time offer, or do I send them to my current front end product, which is an ebook? Can I direct them to a OTO after they have purchased my ebook? I suppose I'm wondering where a OTO falls in the sales funnel.

I am happy to share/send my sales funnel idea to anyone interested in providing feedback. Or conversely, I can share that here as well.

Look forward to hearing your feedback.

Capture Lead > E-Book offer > OTO > strategic auto responder campaign to build the relationship and soft sell cross promotoional items.

P.S. If you ever need consulting/strategic advice or simply a "done for you" campaign etc., feel free to reach out.

      Best regards and Good Luck!

A percentage of the people will take the OTO, it depend on the traffic. In general, people do things in three's. Especially, when they think they have found the solution to their problem.

My OTO is directly behind the squeeze page. You didn't mentioned how they got to the squeeze page. If you are into pre-selling and they clicked on a link to get to the squeeze page then that counts as one of the three.

To be successful they must all be related.

All of those tactics can work. You have to test to see what's more profitable. I have personally found that an OTO after a squeeze page is more profitable than sending straight to a sales page, but you have to test.

Thanks Joaquin, I appreciate the reply. I think I'll test the OTO right after the squeeze page and see how that works. Thanks again, I appreciate it!

As James said, You must focus on the first product first. Giving away the ebook free then asking them to buy a better information related to the ebook niche. Its like picking cake after pastry. Just keep all the things clean and simple. keep in mind that they have to walk the whole funnel to get the free Ebook so never lose a chance.

    Capture>>OTO>>Upsell>>Thank you page.

    Good luck!

I think you hit on an important point....keep things clean and simple. I think it's easy to overthink things in IM, and that's what often prevents people from following through with their ideas. Thanks again!

The basic theory is to send them from lead/squeeze to lowest priced offer then to the higher priced one etc. If they purchase your OTO1 then have a link on your OTO2 right at the bottom that allows them to get to that product if they are not interested in buying your second product.
