How to start a software affiliate program ?
Hi,
Our company sells a software since 2005. More and more users ask us to set up an affiliate program but we do not know where to start...we have basically 3 concerns :
1) since we do not want to manage the affiliates ourselves with a script on our server, we are looking for a third party service. But we do not understand how the affiliate service will interact with our purchasing process... Specifically, users who purchase our software come to our site, are redirected to the website of our bank for the payment, and then if the bank says "ok" we send a registration key by email to the customer to unlock the software on its computer.
Where does a third party affiliation service may be implemented in a buying process like this one?
2) Affiliate services like JVZoo, WSO Pro or Clickbank are frequently cited on this forum. Do we have to choose one exclusively or is it possible to subscribe to more than one service to get more affiliates ?
3) Once an affiliate program is set up, where to start looking for affiliates? On this forum ? Isn't it considered as advertisement ?
