The sites don't generate much (about $100 each per month in Adsense and Clickbank revenue) and I would like to know where is the best place to sell them, and after the sale, how do I transfer the site from Godaddy over to the new owner? Thanks for any help, I am a bit of a technophobe when it comes to stuff like this |

I've never flipped or resold sites before, but I know Sitepoint has a fairly strong marketplace for established sites (don't know if this still holds true, but it's worth a good look). Once that's done, all you really have to do is switch the registrant's info in the GoDaddy backend (they might even have a feature to allow you to easily hand off the domain and everything to the buyer, contact GD customer support to find out). Also, make sure to switch the nameservers over to the purchaser's hosting and all should be good. |

Thanks NakMuay- I guess I would be able to manage that- but how to I get the site to the new owner? Do I zip it and email it, or would I be expected to upload it to their webspace? Sorry if this sounds a bit dumb, but I don't know what would be expected of me after the sale. |
