Eligible to use Paypal for crowdfunding site?
I'm planning on setting up a crowdfunding portal which will use paypal, but I think I may of hit a snag.
Looking at the details provided on this page...

It states that the crowdfunding application, must be a "legally registered Business Entity", which it's not, it's just a website. I use a premier paypal account and I'm in the UK, and I use my account for payments to my own self-employed business activities, but this new website is just a website, it's not a registered company in the "real" world so to speak.
What does this mean? that I won't be able to go ahead? and even if I can, would there be any issues with the crowdfunding pledges (which could add up to a lot) going through my premier paypal account?
