Hey guys. I have an idea and would like to know if it is possible to have it done, o if it already exists somewhere. I think it would be really good for building your email list or even email submit CPA offers.

Here is a picture of what i mean (very basic)

So people could actually fill the details in on the video screen, whilst it was still playing. Obvisouly it wouldnt be the video screen, but it would look like it. It would be possible if there was a video player that you could shape.

    If the video is interesting and informative, then yes it would work.
    People are usually interested to get on the list with lots of information, it doesn't matter how they list in.

    Yeah I saw one today while snooping around some video sales letters. It had a little image across the top or bottom of the sign-up form that said something like,

    "Fill this out! It won't affect the playing of the video!"

    Or something like that. So yes, people are doing it.

    Yes saw this type of squeeze pages, just make sure you have a video player which don't have borders or seeking bar, or that might turn down the page.

    Secondly, People have always cared and will care more about the content so even the squeeze page is ugly (I'll say ugly and simple works even good) the conversion rate will be higher just if you're giving a good value.

    Have seen this elsewhere also. Very intriquing.

    I have EVP2 and EVS and knew I could put an optin at the end of the video but not off to the side...

    Looks cool but I will test it by driving some traffic so that I will know the conversion rate. From testing, there are times when even a very simple looking squeeze page converts better than those squeeze page with videos or squeeze page with nice graphics.

    Yeah. I will do some split tests for the results. But from my experience, a simple landing with just words (not too many) converts better than a video one.
