Does anyone use FreeAutobot (e-mail responder)?

In a recent post here on the forum (sorry, it was early this morning and I forgot to bookmark it!) a fellow Warrior mentioned the FreeAutobot autoresponder:

Free Autoresponders, No advertising from others on your follow up email autoresponder

Although their website isn't that impressive the service seems to be similar to AWeber or Constant Contact, except it's free. It also doesn't place advertisements on your page (except a line at the bottom saying that the mail came from FreeAutobot).

Has anyone had any experience with this? I'd like to reduce or eliminate my autoresponder costs if at all possible, don't really want to host my own as there are all sorts of potential delivery problems. Is FreeAutobot a worthwhile alternative?

Thanks

Bill

I never heard of it honestly. Aweber is still the best on the market
Why search for something different when you already have something perfect.

    Good luck

Well, for one thing, it's free! That's why I'm asking.

I have been using it since 1996. Freeautobot is that - it's free.

It has exactly ZERO features. But - it's free.

They constantly have deliverablility problems and sometimes emails don't go out at all.

From aroun 96 to 2001 - the service seemed to work okay. But then as spam increased, their deliverability decreased.

    Aweber is now my choice.

Now THAT's the type of feedback I was looking for! "I never heard of it" didn't help very much!

Many thanks winebuddy for your post! I'll stick with AWeber as well.
