WP custom widget plugin?

Anybody know of a wordpress plugin that allows you to customize the sidebar widget for individual posts? Or maybe one that'll let me display a different ad for the different categories?

For example say I have a fitness blog and different articles for treadmills, exercise bikes, elliptical machines, etc.

treadmill article - treadmill ad displaying in the widget
exercise bike article - exercise bike ad displaying in the widget
elliptical machines article - elliptical machine ad displaying in the widget
