$20 a day with one website on autopilot in a week?

Hello People...

Yet another quest, to become materialistically successful...

Is it possible to consistently earn $20 a day (with a brand new website on a brand new domain) on auto-pilot with a week's work on the site?

I'm interested in trying something out on the same lines, just need some guidance. Everyone here knows that there are people who do it, and there are more people who want to learn to do it. This thread will help me and all those who are ready to learn and earn the same way.

Let us say that the amount of work to be put in will be 56 hours (8 hours a day x 7 days of the week). Is there a blueprint that can help in achieving those numbers?

    First thing to do is figure out how you want to make the money. Is it from adsense clickbank products or simple commissions from an affiliate program. Once this is done some research is needed. Keyword research competitor research and traffic research for keywords. You then need to build the site search engine optimized (seo) for high ranking in the particular niche. Then write articles to link back to your site with your keywords. 3 articles a day minimum build a few videos for your niche submit them to google. Thats about all there is to it I am sure others can come up with a better explanation.     Hey, thanks Pete (I guess I'm right with that one). I already see my blueprint shaping up with your ideas. Would you like to tell us how well your method is doing with you, and since when have you been doing it?

    I highly doubt you will hit $20 per day (from 1 site) within 1 week from articles or seo.

    You could do it with ppc though.

    I think this can be easy or impossible depending on how you do it.

    Obviously anything that relies on search engines can't be a guaranteed method since you don't control them and they could sandbox your site for 9 months and you couldn't do anything about it.

    If you set up a membership site then it's completely possible as you could just focus on getting one new member a day for the first month at $20 and then you're set.

    So, depending on HOW you're intending to do it - YES, it's definitely possible.

    I don't believe you could do it in any sort of reliable way using Adsense since you need traffic and you don't control that - no matter how many articles and links you get, you still ultimately would just be doing stuff and 'hoping' that it got results in a sensible time.
    I'd go for a model in which you have control over your results.

      First off... Andy, thanks for posting on this thread. I love it when we get to see one thing from different perspectives. I pretty much didn't think of this. I mean, although a membership site has always been on my cards, I didn't think of that with respect to my quest for the $20 a day blueprint-hunt here.

      So yes, needless to say, I'm loving the idea. I have one more request though... How do you suggest I pick a killer niche for it? I don't want to run an IM niche-based membership site right now.
