How are they doing that???

I am going to be taking the plunge here very soon and signing up for a sellers account on Amazon. I have spent months researching products, wholesalers, competitors etc... One thing that confuses me about the whole Amazon experience is listing the product. Let me explain better. My niche is barware and home giftware. I looked at the Amazon storefront of a similar seller and noticed that a majority of his products are listed under Homewetbar as the manufacturer or brand. i know from just scanning them that they are not produced or manufactured by them . Heck, almost all of them are coming from the same wholesalers and vendors that I am going to be getting them from.

Here is the Amazon Store

So my question is how? How does Amazon allow for products to be put under him while others are listed under the correct manufacturer or wholesaler?

I have scanned over the TOS and guides from Amazon but they are a little vague. Also went on the forums and didn't see anything about this.

I have heard all the horror stories of Amazon suspending accounts over very miniscule things. I just want to make sure I am following the rules.
