want to make backlinks with vps hosting, please help

i want to make my own backlinks with a vps but this is all new for me so i dont know which software and which vps company, i was thinking to buy the vps from hostgator ( $30 a month cpu 1.13GHZ ram 768MB disk space 30 GB bandwidth 500GB) would you guys recommend this ? , i dont really have a big budget $100, so i want to spend $30 a month on vps.
i probably also need software to make the backlinks but i have no idea which program to get, i hope there are some free ones ( because i have a small budget) please help me with this guys. thanks

    This... doesn't sound like a very good plan.

    Your focus should be on creating quality content for your site; and then on creating quality backlinks. If you're looking to mass-produce backlinks with some sort of a program, you're probably going to do yourself more harm than good.

      well its for a brand new healthy website and i need allot of visitors on my website (fast)
      i heard you can get 7,000 visitors just by using a vps and software, this way i will earn more with google adsense ( number of visitors + ad clicks ) please help recommending some good companies and software

      I agree, because once Google notice the unnatural linkbuilding on your site, the site will be penalized. and taking down the links you've built will require a lot of work.

        okay but what do i need to do than?, i really want allot of visitors on my website ( for google adsense) should i go for GSA search engine ranker ( but i heard its not that effective as vps) and i dont want to wait month after month to get a few visitors on my website
