Is The Optimize Press 2 Theme working for you?
Hi Warriors,
I sure got excited about the new launch of Optimize Press 2 and couldn't wait to get stuck in and start building some cool looking pages but...
There seems to be a few issues with the theme. Anyone experiencing the same as me?
1. Cannot get the theme to customize e.g. for love nor money I can't get a logo to upload + many other little issues
2. Can't find a support desk to log a ticket anywhere in members area
3. The member site server was down for ages without any email coming from the creators to explain why
4. When I click on the "i" help button in the theme setup I'm re-directed to a "page error"
I feel a little aggrieved that so much is not working after such a big build up and parted with my money in confidence that like Optimize Press 1 all would be smooth and easy.
I mean even the video tutorials are very few...surely they should have all been made available in the members area??
Oh well I sit patiently waiting and hoping that this will be rectified soon.:rolleyes:
