Regarding posting Pictures within copyright policy

Hi all awesome marketers around,

Thanks for coming in. This is my 1st post. Alright I got a question to ask you guys.

I have got a new blog site that I am gonna blog about Fashion in my region. So my question is, if lets say, I am going to use, for example, Gucci website photos for my blog, will it be alright? Like all of the established brands around? Will I be going against their copyright policy?

    Hi,

    You can't use other photographers work, if it's your photos about gucci or something it's okay, if your blogpost doesn't violate the image of the company Or you can use royalty free pictures, this is the best way (IMO) like sxc.hu or google it royalty free pictures..

    Thanks for replying. Alright i understand now. but is there any way that i can obtain the rights to put those photos? Cause i saw awesome blogs that can put all those photos through. Can i like backlink to the site? Or tell ppl about does the source came from?

    The best way to do this is to become an affiliate for the products you want to promote, either through the company themselves or a company that distributes/sells their products and use their official photos provided to affiliates. They usually make these available through feed or download.
