Copyright issues about the images pulled in by Caffeinated Content WP Plugin

I loved this caffeinated plugin for its incredible ability to pull in contents from Yahoo! Answer including the responses. But I am in doubt about the copyright issues of this plugin.

Since I see a lot of warriors in this forum using this plugin so I would like to post my concerns here so as to hear others comment:

1) When I pulled in contents from Yahoo! answer to my blogs, it does not credit back that the content is from Yahoo! Answer. This is not a proper way to use other websites' content. Anyone has any idea bout this?

2) The plugin can also pull in images that related to the keywords. I have no idea where those images coming from and I wonder also if there is any copyright issues for putting those images on your blog. Especially you do not give any credit to the sources of those images.

As I have said in other posts, the plugin owner does not reply to my questions. That is the reason I posted my concerns here to discuss.

Any idea?

First of all, you edit the templates to say whatever you want them to say. So if you want to credit Yahoo Answers within every post, you can edit the template to do that. Alternatively, you can edit your WP theme to put that info in it somewhere.

About the pictures, I couldn't tell you, because I don't use them.
