Try DreamHost or Siteground. I have a code for DreamHost that you can use (SAVE75DEAL) that saves $75. I wouldn't recommend GoDaddy or BlueHost but DreamHost and Siteground have been good to my sites and the uptime has been great with both. I use Siteground for bigger sites though, so it would be helpful if you could say how much traffic you expect to receive.

Send a picture of your ID just in order to use hosting? that sounds a bit weird..I have been using different established hosting companies and so far none were asking that.

Try hostgator or hostnine, they allow you to pay on monthly basis.

  For your issue regarding PayPal - I'd recommend your "Friend" uses their information vs trying to link this & that. If not, you'll find yourself in the same situation at a lot of places.. When orders look fishy, we generally request ID verification among other things.

Datingworld : They have so many problems these days , everybody complain about them , hostgator belong now to EIG as well as bluehost :/.

Jungl : I wanna make a squeeze page using wordpress that's all what I want it for , of I'll need lots of traffic to my squeeze page .

Some hosting companies will ask for proof of ID. Especially if you are based in one Country and they are in another. It's happend to me several times over the years. All you have to do is scan your passport, save it as a jpeg and send it to them by email. Job done. No big deal.

When they ask for this info, they are just making sure that the purchaser is legit, and not some spammer with a stolen credit card.

I'm not using my credit card ! I'm using a card of my friend , he has a work , I'm still a student , that's why , if I send to them my credit card picture and my ID they will think I'm a spamer hacker ...

Could you not get your friend to create the account for you? The problem you have is that most companies will deem the owner of the account to be the person who pays the bill. So if you do manage to get hosting on the strength of someone else's card, they will be considered the owner.

I'm sure you are planning to reimburse your friend, so why not just apply for your own card?

Because I need to have a salary to open my bank account and claim for my card , To be honest I don't have enough money to open a new account to get my credit card , I want to use my friend card so when I'll make some money I'll make my own account that's why

Well your options are going to be limited. What about creating a Paypal account and using that? Some hosting companies accept Paypal.

Yes I'm using paypal to buy from the internet and I'm linking it to my friend account , I give him the money he put it and I'll use paypal to buy , that's what I did with stablehost but they wanted the pictures of the Id and passport and credit card that was my problem and I canceled
