What do you use to track the effectiveness of ALL your advertising?

Here's the scenario.

We're driving traffic to an e-commerce site through CPV, CPC, an affiliate program, and re-targeting. A lot of the traffic sources have their own conversion pixel. Our tracking software has its own conversion pixel. Plus we use Google Analytics and Clicky.

Is there a way to use one of those, or some other third party software, to track the blended cost per acquisition, and/or follow the path of visitors?

For example, if we pay $X for a click on Adwords, but the visitor doesn't buy... then he clicks one of our re-targeted ads... but doesn't buy... and eventually makes his way back by typing the URL directly into the browser...

Is there anything we can do to track that?

on Facebook they have pixel conversion tracking; you insert the code on your conversion page, anyone who views the page has completed your desired outcome; bought something or signed to your list.

Right, but what we're looking for is something that can look at ALL of our advertising, rather than just ONE traffic source.

We use CPVLab, which looks similar to AdTrackz Gold. It doesn't look like it supports the tracking of re-targeting though. Do you know if it does?
