New site, need opinions

I've been pounding on it all weekend. Its like 95% done i think . i cant decide what to do with the header, and i may still tweak the color scheme to be more inline with the site content. mailing list is going on tonight

    I really like the Solar Power Reference, that looks awesome. The sidebar looks great too. I really like how you squared everything off.
    I'm a little iffy on your blog posts because it shows the tags at the bottom. It seems a little... jumbled? Confusing? I'm not sure.
    I really like the blues you have.
    The bottom text (recent posts, meta, resources) is falling off your template.
    I'm using Firefox 3. Hope that's of some help?

    For some reason when I checked out your site, was receiving hosting problems.

    I think you should check your site or is the loading time just really long?

    Looks like you're off to a great start!

    I launched a similar site not too long ago and plan to put some work into that myself.

    Overall you layout is great. The only thing that I don't like is the frames on the right side bar. The video for example doesn't fit in the frame and requires the user to scroll.

    I like it - good colors, good layout, the only thing I don't like are the Kontera ads - that's my personal view though, I hate things that open boxes when you're moving your cursor around. Also the one in the navigation menu in particular (solar power) just looks out of place sitting just above the menu item.
