best/most popular link tracking program?

Hello. I am looking to start using tracking software on my links to find out where the majority of my traffic is coming from.
I use safelists as my main source of traffic right now and get a surprisingly large amount of clicks, opt ins and even a few sales here and there so I know my ad copy is decent but I want to make it better and stop wasting time using the safelists that are not providing as many clicks.
bit.ly only gives you information on how MANY clicks you have gotten and maybe what country they came from
Does anyone know if there is a good company that can track what safelist emails that clicks came from? roataters and stuff would be nice features as well so that I can do additional split testing but right now I am a little bit unsure which tracking companies if any can tell what safelist emails the clicks came from. Can someone please help me on this?
