Pricing Packages for Advertisers on Directory
Hello Warriors,
I just soft launched a directory in renewable energy and I've debated with my business partner for the last few weeks how we will structure our pricing model. Obviously I believe selling leads directly to Installers will have the highest margin, but small listing fees seems like an easier sell and more scalable.
I was hoping you could weigh in and give your opinion how you would attack this market. Much thanks!
