Default How to Evaluate Blog for Sale

I have a blog that I created a few months ago just for testing and added some plr content and added a few resale right packages. I haven't done anything with it but sit because it got pushed to the bottom of my pile but notice that the traffic has picked up on it.

I would prefer to just sell it since it was just a test and I don't want to put anymore time into it, but how do I evaluate what I can sell it for? It's in the credit repair niche.

Thanks for your insights
