This is a little creepy

I'm using prosper202 to track my ads, and i was playing with some of them. I clicked my link from my computer, my tablet, and my phone, just to play around with it. I created more than one campaign and did this with a few of them. every time i clicked on my link, i woulds always get a click from 95.26.35.237

The ip is coming from:
Country:Russian Federation
State/Region:Moscow City
City:Moscow

am i being followed?

    You might have some virus or spyware, check your gmail account and see who has loggied in lately and yahoo ect.

    Your also getting clicks from other normal looking IPs?

    I trust you have tried accessing user IP address reporting sites with your browser.

    A russian URL address shortener could cause it.

    I really don't have any expertise in the area but I could imagine some spambot zombie malware being involved.

    Download a network analyzer like Wireshark. Click on a link and see whether your computer is sending that information to some IP other than the website you just accessed. If all your clicks are being immediately duplicated by a residential IP like that, there must be some kind of spyware on your computer.

    The only other time I've seen something like that was with McAfee Internet Security, which accesses all the same links you do to scan them for malware, but they have their own IP space.
