Natural ways for growing a Facebook page

Hi everyone,

I am looking for ways to grow a Facebook page for one of my sites. Obviously in a natural way I have to generate content and I am doing so. What I was wondering about are guides which specifically indicate which type of content is now relevant, what kind of hype media could one use to leverage Facebook even more, should you post 2 keywords with a video versus a big fat paragraph with a link to a newspaper site, etc.

    In my experience the best way to grow a Facebook page (aside from paying to promote it, which works well) is to give away stuff for free to people who like and share the page and post. So basically, you give the instructions that they need to like the post, then share the post and when they do so they get entered to win x

    The bottom line is to grow it you need to get more people in front of it and that either comes from paying to get it in front of people, putting it in front of them elsewhere in media, or getting them to put it in front of their friends.
