Typically if you were to sell, I think your website is worth anywhere from 8-10 times your monthly profit.

Adsense sites generally go for more than a site that monetizes by selling products. Instead of 10x+ you are usually looking at 20x+. I'd say your site is worth at least $20,000.

Due to how volatile the web is I think it's difficult to ask for more than a year's earnings.

How long has it been up. What are the analytics to the site, what type of monitization is it.
Where does the traffic come from. What does the traffic cost.

It's not just x's how much your site makes. I can make a site off a hot trend and do great this week and watch it go down each week with the trend.

Depends on a lot of factors. There's no generic multiple that applies to all sites.

Generally speaking, Adsense sites with stable traffic/revenue history (at least a year) that are both legal (including potential trademark issues) and in a relatively evergreen niche (e.g. not promoting the latest game) will sell for 18-24x the monthly net income. If you had more history and a very stable traffic source, then up to 30x monthly is achievable. Sites with less history and other issues will be a lower multiple than that.

A very rough estimate would be $25k-$30k based on the information you've given.

I've brokered well over $10m in website deals in the last few years so that is based off my own experience - you tend to find on forums like this you'll get lots of advice from people who have never actually done anything related to your question so just copy/paste answers they've read elsewhere. On Flippa prices may fluctuate a little more - due to inexperienced buyers, bidding wars (or the opposite), poor sales copy, poor communication etc.

    Good luck with the sale!

Also depends on history of traffic and earnings. If you don't have proof of stable earnings or earnings are dropping over the past year then the price goes down to 4-8 times monthly earnings. However if earnings and traffic are increasing you could get anywhere from 10-20 times monthly earnings. Average is 12 months earnings for most sites.
