Images for Affiliate Banners - only Standard License needed?

Dear warriors,

I want to create some banners for my affiliates and I'm member of depositphotos.com. I have written them some emails regarding the license I nee and got the answer:

You need just a Standard licence therefor.
Extended license is needed in case you are going to resell the image.
Is it really true? Photodune for example told me that their license for the same image isn't for affiliate banners.

    The ONLY entity that can offer you specific license terms for using their images (assuming they own the legal rights to offer licenses), is the actual entity from which you obtain the images. Thus if depositphotos says ok, then it's ok. And should you get sued anyways, then you simply sue them. If Photodune says no, then don't use them for that purpose. In short, you need to look at the licensing terms from wherever you get your images, as they may differ between two stock photo providers.
