Default How does Nanacast integrate with Wordpress

I like what Josh has done with Nanacast, so far.... I think.

The problem that I can see is that Josh, you don't have a page that spells out everything Nanacast can do. That is something that you should make as it would make it easier for people to understand how powerful it can me.

I am torn between Nanacast or WP Wishlist or Amember + wordpress.

How EXACTLY that Nanacast work with wordpress? What does the plugin allow you to control? How is the content protected? Do I need DLguard to safeguard my links in the membership site as well?

I'd love to hear in as much detail as possible as I'm going to be using wordpress for all my sites.

Thank you.

Ryan

The best place to get answers to these type of presales questions is at our support desk:

You will also find documentation for our wordpress plugin here:

You're right. That is a problem which we will remedy soon :-)

Btw... if you create a free account (choose free from the drop down on registration page) once logged in you can click the 7 day trial link and have access to all the Nanacast features for 7 days without having to enter any billing info.

Hi Josh,

Yes, I did read the Member Lock page prior to making the post.

Let's put it this way. I really like what WP wishlist can do overall. I know this because they had a comprehensive list of what it does.

How does Member Lock compare to that list?

ALSO, since we're on the topic, I like how aMember will let users do a single registration and it automatically sends a email to be parsed by aWeber AND will register the user with a discussion board.

I know Nanacast will do aWeber, but I haven't heard anything about discussion board registration integration. Does it do this?

Nanacast can do far more than any other membership solution... however nanacast is not a wordpress system... memberlock is an extension of nanacast that allows you to control account creation and thus content access in wordpress. It is also opensource so that you can develop on it.

Nanacast is the logical alternative to using the limited platform of wordpress as a membership system we provide member lock for those people who want to append a blog to their other membership site management and content delivery activities in nanacast.

Put simply... Nanacast is not desiged to be a wordpress membership system but rather to be a membership management solution by itself. Memberlock is just a feature or an appendage to nanacast.

Wordpress is not the best way to manage a membership site... however because many are obsessed with it that we extend our opensource plugin for those that cannot overcome the obsession ;-)

Wordpress is best used for public publishing and content management purposes. Then using a system like Nancast on the back end to deliver the private content makes things so much easier and provides you more powerful features for client management and sales funnels.

Nanacast also provides a simple api which can be used for third party script integration...

But the best way to get to know it is to sign up for a free account and then take the 7 day trial.
