For Those Of You With ADD/ADHD

For Those Of You With ADD/ADHD, like myself, do you find it easier to create products or repost/repackage hot content that you find everywhere?

Also, do you prefer working primarily with pictures and video content and can you make it your bread and butter, or do you still find you have to focus the majority of the time on written content/articles?
#add #add or adhd #adhd #articles #pictures #video

Have you tried adderral (sp?)? The owner of another AM forum said it helped explode his productivity since he has ADHD. Talk to your physician.

Instead of regurgitating the same tired stuff, come up with new stuff. IM's all about building a solid online brand.

I find it much easier to deal in words. I can just sit at a keyboard and I'm off. I would like to be good at pictures and video but I have to think a lot harder to produce that sort of content.
I much prefer to write my own stuff rather than regurgitate other things.
I still need a cure for ADD however. I have to limit my work hours otherwise I would never rest.

Yeah, writing seems quicker, but the visual media is more stimulating... kind of a catch 22.

Evidently the cure for ADD is what we had before the industrial revolution... good old fashioned hard work. Since we are online... we just have to make ourselves unplug.

Your idea of limiting work hours is definitely important for me too. I can stay up till 6 in the morning if I don't stop myself.

My wife used to take that stuff... it's a pretty crazy drug.

I agree... I don't want to just regurgitate anymore, but come up with solutions with my own spin or experience.
