Web form, pop-up

Hi WF members,

I was wanting to know what type of web form to use, to capture name's and email's. What seems to convert more and what you should really avoid.

In-Line
Pop-up
Pop-under
Exit pop up
pop-over/hover
lightbox hover

I was thinking of using lightbox hover, so I can capture the name's and emails's before they get onto the site. What do you think???

Best thing to do is test it, try each for a week each and see what results you get.
