Hey Warriors, I'm actually hiring more people in my team than ever and I found it kind of hard to keep track of the work done and the hours done, what project are getting done, etc.. So I decided that I should get myself a good online based PM tool to keep record of all of this. Here is what I have found so far : 5PM : http://www.5pmweb.com Project Office : http://www.projectoffice.net @Task : http://www.attask.com Intervals :http://www.myintervals.com Workzone : Project Management and Collaboration Made Easy: WorkZone Does anyone here have been using one of these solutions? What is your feedback? Do you have other solutions? What is your experience with all of this? Thank you! Jean-Michel |

I see you didn't mention BaseCamp. This is the one I have seen used most. We used it ourselves a couple of times, but now we have our own custom solution that we may consider selling as a product at a later date. You can see it at Directory |

I had a software tool built for me a couple of years ago, it's specifically designed to cope with lots of IM projects and has a dashboard that tells you how 'done' you are at all times and across all projects. It also let's the people you outsource to have their own login and complete tasks assigned to them. I was considering making it available to other IMers but I never see anyone talking about such tools so I've just kept it to myself. It's like Basecamp but completely focused on IM and all the things I need to do. Andy |

if you don't need all the bells and whistles of these services and want something free to track issues within your organization, then check out an issue-tracking system. I use BugTracker.NET it works great for me. You can check it out here: BugTracker.NET Home - Free Bug Tracking |

Try out Hardtree.com It has loads of other features like Sales CRM and Support but it's Project Management is second to none. One of the other options for the total geeks out there is called Org-Mode, it's really powerful but definitely not for the feint hearted (lots of key combos to remember) |
