question about redirects

when you submit an article to eza can you just use a tiny url to redirect one of cb affliate pages

It's my understaning that EZA doesn't allow affiliate links, not even redirected ones (and I think they do check the links). If you're writing about a single topic or field, why not just buy a related domain name, get cheap hosting (HostGator's cheapest, for example), write a few simple landing pages summarizing something about the product you're featuring, then place links on those landing pages to the product(s) you're hoping they'll buy.
