Aaron Wall is a great guy but he suffers from an inferiority complex over those who make more money than him. In the last months his blog is all about how much he hates some people who are better at selling than him. Before that it was how much he hates Google.

I think Aaron is fantastic but your assessment is IMO somewhat accurate. SEO, Content, Social Media and so on are, in general, a lot less renumerative than other aspects of Online Business.

The biggest money is in Paid Traffic and Joint Ventures, not in SEO. For instance, you don't see the Stompernet guys selling their super-priced courses through SEO do you? It's through JVs.

Aaron could probably do a better job marketing his own course which sells for $100/month. I think the sales letter and approach could be improved a lot.

Aaron is good at seo and thats it. He needs to learn about selling products and online marketing fully. SEO can make a lot of money which he does all the time. He is also way toooooo ethical about things and is a good critic.

Actually the post is written by someone called Peter. You can see that at the end of the post.

But yes, I do agree that he has been writing such articles recently.

I agree with the others assessments about Aaron Wall's negativity. His SEO Book is awesome and it was the first ebook I got about SEO. I stopped following him regulary because of the negative energy. He's always fighting with someone. He got in a nasty fight with another SEO expert a few years ago where he acted like a little kid. That was it for me.

SEO peeps aren't usually marketing peeps so they have a problem with that craft especially with the direct response style.
