Interesting new article with ICANN and Google. God forbid if we ever had dotless domain names. What a nightmare.

    The awesome thing about this is that there's absolutely nothing Google can do about it for once lol

    I'm surprised Google didn't approach ICANN with this idea much sooner, it's been talked about on forums for years.

    I don't doubt for one moment that with time dotless domains will become a reality. I wonder WHY ICANN are against it? Wouldn't have anything to do with money, would it? The same reason, obviously, that Google want it to happen.

    Why would a dotless domain be anything that will help us.
    Instead of typing and address out and going to an appropriate place they are sent to where the search engines want them to go. Such as the paid advertisers spots.

    Funny how google hates marketers yet they make so many million on sending traffic to there sites.
