Caffeinated Content strange behaviour!!!

Hi,

I have been using Caffeinated Content for quite a while without a problem, but today I thought I would try out V 3.37 on a test blog as I have read a few threads where people have had problems with it.

I created 3 categories -

Cardio
Weightloss
Weight Training

I pulled some article into the Cardio and Weightloss categories and everythings fine.

In the Weight Training I pulled someYahoo answers, this is the strange part

It is posting fine but it is creating categories on its own (created so far)

346 (1)
362 (1)
Diet & Fitness (17)
Running (2)
Tennis (1)

and posting in those but none in the Weight Training category. All the post are on Weight Training though.

Just wondering has anyone else experienced this?

Is it a bug or a new feature?

Cheers

Pete

You may have the post category set to "COMPUTED".

When you choose the Post Source eg. Yahoo Answers there's an option underneath called:

Post category: Put posts in created categories, or in the specified category.

If it's set to "COMPUTED" then CC creates its own categories.

You can change and set it to one of the categories you created by choosing it from the drop down menu.

    Dave.

    Hi Everyone,

I took a quick look at Caffeinated Content a while back.

Just wondering if anyone has any issues with duplicate pages / content and being able to rank well in the Search Engines.

    Thanks for any feedback.

    Sincerely
    Eric B
