A Friend's Twitter Nightmare Please Help!!!
Hi Warriors:
Hope all is well. In the continuing saga of customer-dis-service here is another nightmare that I hope any of you fine Warriors could rectify.
A friend that is building up a nice Twitter following (without any software, all on his own) 5 days ago lost his password. He has contacted Twitter support, spam department, cancellation department, 8 times and all he gets is a canned response:
Click or paste this link and pick a new password
He follows the instructions and when he attempts to log in with the new password he gets either:
Username/Password don't match
or:
Can't recognize request
He has tried several computers and Firefox/Internet Explorer.
Do any of you fine Warriors have an email address of somebody at Twitter that is a real person that would listen (plural would be great) that you could send me privately or I can even forward his information to you?
Thanks so much and I have a business meeting with the speaking/writing course but will be back to answer any replies as always about 5PM eastern time (give or take).
