Clickbank Products Buying Triffic : Which Country is Best ?

Recently I have been promoting clickbank products to my newsletter subscribers and after receiving over 700 hops this is what I have :

Total Hop Count : 757
US Conversion :
Every 15-30 hops
Rest Of The World : Over 500 Hopes with0% conversion

My list has half US subscribers and rest are all from different locations.

This gives some indications that US traffic might be best for the type of products I promote or I am wrong.

I will be building new lists shortly and I need advice whether I should only accept subscribers from the US because having subscribers from non-converting regions also costs me money.

Focus on US or Canada. Check WF's search function to find out which country refunds the most.

The point is to focus more on first world countries, especially English speaking countries. The reasons are because people in first world countries will be more likely to buy products, especially digital products, while others countries, especially third world countries would prefer to buy products in their own language so that they can understand better, plus only small part of people in third world countries have a credit card.

I think you're probably right about that.

That's a very big decision. I wouldn't be quick to do that, myself (but my traffic demographics are probably different from yours, so don't take too much notice). It depends on what it costs you, though, doesn't it? If they're "something extra" and "cheap" anyway, you don't need many sales to them, to make it pay? 500 hops isn't nearly enough to monitor, to make a decision like this, in my opinion. The next 500 hops from non-US traffic might include 4 sales, and that would make a huge difference to the overall figures? (There can also perhaps be other reasons, apart from just their location, why that particular product might do badly with them?).

The site from where I make my list already receives over 75% traffic from U.S. but 50% of my list subscribers are from Asia/Africa, with major subscribers coming from India, South Africa.

Do you think it is still too early to decide if I need to deny subscribers from non-converting regions ?

For me, it's as good as US traffic, overall, I think (actually UK traffic is sometimes better). But this depends on your traffic demographics and how you're marketing, too, to some extent.

It would be much too early for me to be labelling them "non-converting regions" on the basis of only 500 clicks.
