anyone from the UK who sell services charge VAT with paypal? not sure if possible or not just seeing if you can

    Yes, you can either set it to automatic within your PayPal account or turn it off and handle it yourself in your ordering system.

    I do the latter because I need to allow non-UK EU businesses to enter their VAT number to be exempt from VAT where it would normally be charged.
