I see so many ebooks and reports on how to flip newly built wordpress websites .. im just wondering on some insight on flipping new websites and domains.. is it possible? and is there any good money to be made?

    Yes if you buy a nice site from flippa.com it can really turn out to be good money. But money doesn't come for free you have to work hard.

    Example sites are affiliate sites which write new content daily about a popular topic and promote amazon products or any other type of products for commissions.

    If you go to "Flippa" and study all websites being sold,
    you can get good idea of which niches are selling.
    Build your own, keep it for a while and sale it.
    Decent profit left for you.

    Yeah, like meharis said, click on the just sold tab on Flippa and you'll see what's being sold. Selling turnkey sites hasn't been very profitable on Flippa for quite some time. The sites that sell for the most have traffic and revenue
