Is it PayPal giving the loans or these money-lenders are only issuing loans from their company's PayPal account going to the borrower's PayPal account?

  • Paypal offers 'lines of credit' to customers. If forget what they call it, but I think it is available to apply for on every account. I've used it before and it is fairly easy. You just use the line of credit to pay for things, then pay it back directly using paypal funds.

      Mike, so it's like a buy-now-pay-later scheme?

I have never heard of such a service by PayPal though i left using PayPal quite some long time ago.
I have not been keen with PayPal because of my personal reasons.

Paypal has a bill me later feature which is similar to credit, but I never heard of cash loans through Paypal...

As for "useful for newbies" borrowing money definitely isn't the correct way to get into IM....

True.. it`s hard to make a profit, harder when you have a loan of 1000$ on your head
