What to buy on Fiverr to get traffic?

Hi, this is Max. Fiverr is highly praised by many marketers for its cheap gigs that save tons of money on marketing. I searched it for services to drive me some traffic and found nothing worth. Social bookmarking blasts bring poor junk traffic. If I order tweets they could be sent to robotic followers. Slideshow creation and distribution is likely to result in poor views on slideshow sharing platforms and a bunch of visits to my blog. Facebook likes, fans, YouTube views, subs, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest followers, guaranteed blog visitors are the trashiest trash out of trash. It's probably out of the question.

Fiverr is only good helping webmasters get cheap high quality themes, logos, pictures, info graphics, ebook covers, etc, everything's automatically generated at a click of a button using various kinds of software. But as to traffic generation I haven't found anything to give a shot. What about you?

I know you get what you pay for. However, even with PPC you can buy some visits for 5 bucks. What about Fiverr? What kind of gigs should I look for there to have quality traffic in the bottom line? Thanks.
