So, you don't need a brainstorm partner - you want a niche.

    Is that right OP?

People make good money selling to the rich. But the rich got rich selling to the masses.

Investing and Business are both evergreen niches because there are LOTS of new people coming into them everyday.

The way to capitalize on those niches is to find what is new to those areas of knowledge. You could check Investmentnews.com, Forbes.com, and TheStreet.com everyday for what is new, then create products around those subjects.

An example might be the Mini S&P, sometimes called E-Minis. They are fairly new, and you could probably find lots of information about how to trade regular ETFs that would apply to the E-minis, but add what makes the E-minis (smaller upfront investment, etc.) to the mix for a great product.

    Hope that helps.

        Hi,

        what you are asking here?

You want a subniche/microniche in those 2 evergreen markets?

Lol, there are thousands and thousands of subniches in those big markets, you should be more specific...

U see "business" has plenty of subniches, there's accounting, advertising, customer service, entrepreneurialism, marketing, human resources, job searching techniques, management, outsourcing, sales management, team building, small business etc

"Finance" has auto loans, bankruptcy, debt relief, loans, debt management, student loans, budgeting, family budget, credit score tips, bankruptcy lawyers, taxes, wealth building, banking etc. etc.

These "subniches" have their relative subniches and microniches...it's HUGE... so unless you want something specific it's really hard to answer your question.

One of the most evergreen niche business you can have is how to save money or cut cost.

Everyone from the poor to the super-rich always wants to save mone in some way or on something. It's probably the number one thing most people stay up nights worrying about from beggar to billionaire.

The only challenge is your competition is incridible. So, you have to carve your niche as specific as possible. For example, how to save money for construction accountants, how to save money on overnight shipping, how to save money on employee turnover, etc., get the picture? The more detailed and specific you can make your money saving niche the better.

Try to narrow it down where you have a market that's big enough to make steady sales, but with little or no competiton. Try to find a niche no one has done or done as well.

The hardest question isn't what niches are availble but which is the best to choose in relation to your market knowledge, the market demand, and marketing cost.

            - Good luck

There are thousands of niches within each of those markets. Think about specific individual problems that people are facing within business or finance and essentially, you have a bucket of ideas; each one of which could be a niche.

It is always best to stick to niches that can feed you throughout the year. With affiliate marketing you have choice to do multiple promotions to get commissions. Weight loss, Dating, Relationships are always functional niches.

The two best places I would recommend you going, are magazines.com and dummies.com

Both sites have already done all the hard work for you. These sites are advertising certain subjects (niches) which people are paying big money to do so.

All you have to do is have a quick glance around the top sellers and see which one catches your eye. Once you do this then drill down into the niche as specific as possible.

For example you could go to magazines.com find a magazine in men's health. On the front page it may have something like how to get cutt abs. From there keep drilling down to something along the lines " how to get cutt abs for men over 40" -- There's your niche

As you as can see it is not hard finding profitable niches and it does not have to be complicated either.
