Does this sound like a solid plan?

Hi,

so here is my plan that I am 100% following through on.

I am building an email list in the dating/relationship niche. I have a friend who is going to invest $1,000's for paid advertisement on facebook and POF. I plan to build the email list, build a relationship with my list and then promote quality clickbank dating guides.

I also am making my own "how to pick up girls" dating product and tweaking it until it converts well. Once I tweak it to where it converts at say 2% I will document this proof so I can so potential affiliates. Once I have a converting product I put it on clickbank and start getting affiliates to promote this product.

Not only that but I have a cheap monthly membership site im making to promote my email list. I feel like this all is a recipe for success. What do you guys think?

The only hole in this plan (which really I don't see
one) is that you should take this exact attitude here:

With your optin page you are going to build
initially, because without that converting the
whole plan crumbles to a million pieces.

Yea when I create the product I must make sure the sales page converts well. I also of course have to make sure my squeeze page converts well as well as my email open rate

Email open rate means nothing if you don't get subscribers. You're
whole plan revolves around getting subscribers on borrowed money. If
I where you, now that you have the plan and money is make sure
that you get that optin page to convert to get you subscribers.

Next, after they subscribe, I'd suggest having an optin page OTO
so that you can recoup some of that money fast and lower your cost
per subscriber by making the OTO a quality clickbank dating guide.

Yeah, don`t just think about the subscribers numbers, start working on getting some of the money back..

Your right mbacak. I plan on using $100 to test the waters. I am going to build the best opt in page I can and just tweak it as I go.

I like your ideas as you have a short term goal and a long one, and will share my two cents.

If you're planning on doing your own product I suggest creating a free report for the opt ins.. Something traditional like "10 Best Ways To Pick Up Women" or "5 Weird Tricks To Attract Women" or "How To Get a Girls Phone Number in 3 Easy Steps."

You get the point, but I would suggest using women instead of girls because your buying market will be mostly guys 25 to 40 or along that lines. After all teenagers will sign up for the free stuff but rarely buy an actual ebook/course.

After they opt it you can give the the ability to purchase yopur own product or build a relationship and then sell your product. It should be something cheap like 7 to 20 dollars and you can sell it with paypal.

I think it's better to sell your own product (which you already have plans to make) because not only will you test and tweak your stuff but your conversion might be better than clickbank products because of the competition. To my knowledge most clickbank dating products are just too much out there and almost everyone knows about them. which also could lead to more people unsubscribing as they have seen it all before.

Then after you promote your product you can start promoting clickbank products and complete yours so it's clickbank worthy.

Hope that helps at least a bit.

That's going to delay your plan, btw this is strictly my opinion.

You have a good plan. My suggestions where specifically
to help make sure you get off to a great start.

First, you need to get into action and get things going. Spreading
you energy around and switching up your plan is totally going to
keep you where it looks like your been since 2007 when you signed
up for warrior forum. You have a plan, don't change it just slightly
adjust it so you can benefit more and get your butt into action now.

There are opportunity costs at stake because every day
you delay and question yourself, your losing money.

Your plan is solid, FOCUS, IMPLEMENT and GO!!!

Yes but there are some great selling click bank dating products. People know about them but they are still selling like crazy. I will put my production click bank too
