Popup Squeeze page issue...
Not sure if this is the correct area of WF to post this. I have a pop-up squeeze page that I had created for a friends information site that is using the WP plugin "WP Super Popup". I hired someone via Fiverr to create it and install it. It was working, but now for some reason the "name" and "email" section of the pop up no longer accepts input.
Anyone know what I need to look at in the code to "fix" this? I have checked it on my laptop and desktop and it was working on both before, but now it is not.
I have attached the squeezepage coding. I have emailed the person on fiverr but not received any response. I realize there also might be tons of variables, but I have not changed anything on my desktop or laptop and tried 3 different browsers.
Any thoughts I would appreciate it.
