Need advice in Video backend powerpoint file

Hi,

I am planning on making my eBook into a powerpoint slide while I also do my audio (as my backend product).

I currently sell through clickbank so I want to do it as a digital powerpoint slide.

What file do you recommend that is compatible with: (wmv. flash, mp3, etc??)
- digital downloading
AS WELL as
- putting it into a CD or DVD to view

I am planning on making it powerpoint slides and recording it with Microsoft Movie Maker...but have no idea WHAT FILE to save it as...so it can be easily uploadable/downloadable digitally....(take up smaller space YET GOOD QUALITY)..


I really need to know this...and would really appreciate ANYONE's input in this...
