Hey, Just got wind of some of the new search features released and showcased by Google at the Searchology Event, via Matt Cutts blog. I did a quick video on how I have been using it this morning to identify a bunch of new Niche Markets that I will be tapping into. What do you guys and girls think of it and all the other new features? Enjoy Nick |

The features of this tool are simply amazing. Makes niche research an absolute breeze. Still behind Yahoo! Answers though.

I use this to make my site silos. Works beautifully. Gets you going in deciding the thematic structure of your site, and helps you fill very relevant content based on the structure. Helps make a well thought out, well designed site that can't but rank high. |

| Indeed, there are some real gems there! Another fantastic feature there under the "show options" section is the Any time|Recent Results|Past 24 Hours etc. If you are looking for really timely information, you can now filter your results with a time based filter.

Thanks this is cool! I've often wondered why Google doesn't offer more options with their searches but it looks like that may change in the upcoming year. |

| Yeah, there are some great Niche ideas to be discovered on Yahoo answers, I use it mainly for targeted traffic generation, in fact have some sites that get more traffic and more conversions from Yahoo answers than any other medium.

That is a very cool tool for doing some quick niche research. It will come in very handy. Unfortunately for some reason I am not getting the "options" link. |

| True, you have to always look at Google as if you are looking at it for the first time, there are some real beauts hidden all over the place, not only on the search product but on all their their products too.

| I totally agree. A powerful linking strategy would be to use the tool to find around 20 keywords, lets say about 4 levels deeper than your primary keyword, create pages on your site for all these keywords, fill them with great content and then have each page link twice to your main page using firstly the anchor text on the secondary keyword and secondly the anchor text of your primary keyword. Great for on site SEO.

| Yeah, there are big changes happening and on the Horizon for search in general. Do some googleing on the 2009 searchology event to find out more details.

| Hey, sure no problem. I'm not sure if I can pinpoint exactly when that "show options" link first appeared. I'm led to believe that it was only in the last few days as it was launched at the Searchology event this week.

| Not that I am aware of, but you could probably build something similar using recursion within some of the Adwords Keyword Tools API. Another great thing missing from Google's API is Google Analytics.

Just took the Wonder Wheel for a spin. Besides finding micro niches to explore, I think it can help with the choice of categories and sub-categories for a theme-based website. Visualizing the relationship that different words have to one another also gave me ideas for article content. Thanks for sharing the video. William |

It never cease's to amaze me, the hidden gems on Google. I've always said Google is our friend, in spite of all the naysayers, 'Google slap', 'Google did this to me' etc. Bottom line, Google makes money from advertising, it needs IMers to make it's money, Google is there to help us. Thanks for showing us this one, brilliant, priceless! |

It seems like a really interesting tool. I wonder how long it will be before I start getting emails from marketers that have created software to game the wonder wheel?
