Commission Junction website trouble

I know this is not a techie website, but I am hoping someone here has already been through what I am about to describe. I am a newbie here trying to check out the different products I can sell. I have been through Clickbank extensively. I am trying to look at CJ.com and I am having all sorts of trouble pulling up anything on this website. When I try to click on View all advertisers it pulls up a blank webpage and says done. The homepage for Commission Junction displays on my computer with lots of errors. My computer does this on very select webpages throughout the internet and I cant figure out what is going on. I have done searches for the problem on the internet and I can't figure out why it is doing this. It does it on Internet Explorer and Firefox too. I'm hoping someone here has already had this same problem and can tell me what they did to fix it.
