You can find some good inexpensive workers on oDEsk.com

You will have to give precise instructions of what you want done.

I have had good experience at ODesk, but keep in mind you get what you pay for.
Don't cheap out if you need anything beyond very simple data entry done.

This being said, I suggest for you to hire someone full time. Personally, it's better if you'd have a developing working relationship with your employee or marketing team while your business is also growing. I think, there's a lesser chance for your full time employee to break your trust than for someone part time. Full time workers tend to earn your trust by giving you better output for them to have a more stable job. You could find exceptional full time talents on http://staff.com/
      I hope it helps.

I second that; Elance is very good
You can also get quite a bit of what you mentioned done on Fiverr (just make sure you check the ratings and feedback).

Have you tried Warriors for Hire?

Elance, oDesk, Warrior For Hire are all great places to outsource your work.

But what's really important is to provide them with a stepwise guide to tell
them exactly the way you want. Explain each and every step in details.

Also, before hiring, make sure you do a background check and see and past
work they have done. Take some time to dig out the right people to work with
and that will save you a lot of stress in the future.

elance and odesk are good for that - you just need to deal with unreliability... that´s a huge factor for me. sometimes i get tons of articles (we outsource articles for a digital scrapbooking site), sometimes i don't get anything and run behind my contractors... ah well at least i get good quality for a very good price

    - craigslist manila
    - yourmaninindia.com

I would recommend oDesk or Elance.
Personal i have used oDesk and i had the best experience and satisfaction from their contractors.
With these sites you have many contractors to choose from thus you can get skilled and experienced individuals to handle your job.
      All the best.

You can get what you want done from oDesk, elance, Freelancer and Guru among other freelancing sites. Alternatively if you want to possibly save some money, you could order various gigs off of Fiverr. No one gig will do everything you want, but there is a gig out there for each thing you listed.

What you have listed doesn't look like offline business, I am assuming you meant to say online business. As others said, oDesk and freelancer can be a good option. Do check craigslist too, you can find good local designers there. For more US based high end work, check guru.com

Create your own website first which will offer those services. This will create your online identity. Offer services at Fiverr by creating different gigs. oDesk is a great place but you need a lot of patience to get clients there.

Actually i think you should test different fiverr provider who is just start up, mean they have not making a living with fiverr sale yet.

once you found a good provider, offer him for a long term job.

i suggest not to use odesk, there are too many scammer there, many will try to get you at super low price and later try to cheat you. this is very danger marketplace, don't try this at home!

  • Before you do any outsourcing, write down everything you need outsourced and how much work would be involved. If most of the work you want to outsource are short term projects, outsourcing them to contractors would be best. But if these are long term projects that you want to develop, then it may be better to hire a full-time employee or VA. That way you don't have to orient/train another person everytime you change contractors.
