Advice on selling website

Hey guys.

I recently set up a website of mine, which relates to a big passion of mine actually, in the hopes of monetizing it along the way. It's pretty new, 2.5 months old. However, I have entered into other ventures and no longer have the time to take care of this specific website.

My question to you is, approximately how much could I sell the website for? Given the current premium theme in it, the Alexa ranking, etc ...

The website is www(dot)realmadridcup(dot)com.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated, thanks guys!

You have a 2.5 month old site with little/no monetization.

What do you think it's worth? What would you pay for a site like that?

Personally I do not know much about monetization, and may not have done nearly anything an experienced person could have done on this website with the traffic it is getting (given its fairly new) when it comes to squeezing dollars out of it.

I'm just asking to get an idea because I do not have the time to take care of it anymore and do not want to see it go to waste.

How much traffic is it getting? How do you generate that traffic?

Currently sitting at around 500 uniques a day and growing, traffic is mainly targeted by Facebook pages/groups engagement.

By unique visitor per month, do you consider 500 uniques a day to be 15,000 uniques a month?

The price of a website mainly depends on numerous factors but key factors are its current profitability and amount of unique traffic.I have seen many newly set up websites with no traffic even sold at $100 to $500 in Flippa. In that case it mainly depends on the site design, current situation and its future potentiality.I would suggest you to try to sell this in Flippa.

Let's say for example the site makes 10$ a month only with Adsense .. Again, this is just an example. The possibilities of a large increase in traffic as months pass by is very high, as the website gains popularity (which it is, day by day).

What would you say I could sell it for?
