Sending Visitors Directly To CB Pay Link, But Order Impressions Still Not Counting?

My Clickbank order impression count used to be high, nearly as high as my hop count impressions.

Months later, my order impressions for EVERY product I was promoting stopped, completely. I send an average of 400 product targeted people to Clickbank, daily. Most of the hops are counted, but my order impression counts and sales have been 0 for around 2 months now. 24,000 product targeted people, but 0 order impressions and 0 sales. This is search traffic, not bought traffic.

My last solution: I tested out the link format I seen on a few other websites: http://ITEM.AFFILIATE_VENDOR.pay.clickbank.net.

For the first two days that I did this, my sales and order impressions increased (34 sales the first day and 41 the second day). Everything seemed to be back to normal. Once the 3rd day came, my account went back to 0 order impressions and 0 sales.

How is it possible that you send your traffic directly to the pay link, but order impressions doesn't count?

Last question: Besides Amazon, what affiliate companies have you found to be the most trustworthy and stable? I still plan to promote Amazon, but need something that pays more per sale and a company that will credit my sales.

Thanks WARRIORS!

Are you direct linking? Or sending this traffic from your email subs? If you're direct linking, then it's no surprise that impressions and conversions are super low.

      Hello, I appreciate the reply.

      I wanted to know:

      1. How is it that when I send visitors directly to the pay link, these people are still counted as hops instead of order impressions?

      2. Direct linking or email subs doesn't matter in my case. When I first started on CB, I direct linked and my conversion rate was high. When I changed my links to go directly to the order/pay page a few days ago, the first 2 days, my sales conversions went back to being high again. (34 sales the first day and 41 sales the second day.).

On the 3rd day, oddly, my sales and order impressions stopped counting again.

Are these sales with one vendor or several vendors?

You had to know this was coming... :p
That's a decent amount of traffic & it's traffic is being wasted when they don't buy. If you work in the same niche, you should really build a list... :p

Direct linking is usually NOT a high converting method, linking directly to a check out page, and skipping over the pitch/sales page, I'm surprised to hear that ever works...

As for another network, I love Maxbounty, but the niche your working in may not be suitable for all networks...

But he said it worked the first two days, with 34 sales and 41 sales, and then on the third day just completely stopped, which everyone seems to keep forgetting. I don't understand why you would be getting a bunch of sales and then all at once they just completely stopped. Either Clickbank or the vendor had to make a change somewhere to make these sales stop all at once.
If these sales are all with one vendor, I would try a similar product with another vendor and see what happens. Maybe you outranked the vendor in the search engines, and they weren't happy that you were getting all the sales, and they complained to Clickbank that they didn't want you as an affiliate. Switching to another product would confirm this one way or another.
Or you could contact Clickbank or the vendor and see what they have to say about it.
