ImnicaMail Down? Are you having this problem?

It seems as though Imnica Mail is down. I mean the website is up and running smoothly however ALL of my optin forms are not working across all of my sites so it's definitely not a setting on my end. If it where, at least one of my 12 lists should be working.

Is anyone else having a problem with this? Try subscribing to some of your lists and see if you get this error:

"Please return back and check your email address. It is invalid."

I wonder how long this has been going on? I sent in a support ticket but it has yet to be assigned, after 24 hours

So, whomever is using ImnicaMail check your optin forms, subscribe to them using an email address you have never used and see if you have the same problem.

    Anyone willing to comment on this issue? Maybe you've experienced this before and have an answer from Imnica Mail? It's been over 24 hours and the help desk is nowhere in sight.

    The ticket hasn't even been assigned yet which tells me they do not work on the weekend, which is something I did not know.

    Mike, we had a raid controller failure on our main server last night which caused the site to be up and down intermittently for around 2 hours.

    HelpDesk right now is only available Monday to Friday, but, we're gearing up for 24x7 support.

    As for your specific issue ...

    I do see subscribers coming into your account on the 23rd, and today, the 25th. The support team will work with you tomorrow on your specific sites, and help you get this sorted ASAP. In the mean time, please post all the sites where you have the opt-in forms, on the ticket you opened already.

    Mike, when I switched over from Imnica to Get Response my open rate almost TRIPLED....

    Imnica was way behind the curve in many features, including support. I consider
    it a foolish economy I should never have used, but it was my first auto-responder and
    I didn't know any better.
