I am just wondering if this happened to anyone else but me? My WSO fell off of page 2 so this morning I filled out the bump form, submitted it and paid for it. I kept checking every 10-20 minutes or so to see if it had been bumped yet, I was expecting it to take a few hours at least. A bit later I refreshed the Warrior Special Offers page and saw my WSO at the top. I refreshed again and it was gone, I couldn't find it anywhere. It had maybe been at the top for a few minutes at most. I checked down all of page one... nothing Checked down all of page two... nothing I even checked down on page three, where it would be if it was not bumped at all... nothing I found it at the bottom of page 4. So not only was it not bumped correctly, it went further down in listings than it was before I filled out the bump form. I sent a PM to Admin several hours ago and haven't heard anything. Is he the person I am supposed to PM in this case? I just don't want my WSO to fall through the cracks and be sucked into oblivion somehow. It is currently somewhere on page 5... any one else have this happen to them? |

I was just about to say you can't bump any more - but went to check the WSO forum and there it was - How to Bump !Thanks for pointing that out! According to the explanation thread, the bumping is done manually when an admin can get to it... so you have to be patient. Cheers John |

I don't think I've had exactly the same problem as you, Amy - but I have seen several new WSO's added over the past few hours since I paid to have mine bumped - but my WSO has not yet been bumped. Hopefully you'll have your issue resolved soon! |

Amy, They do it manually, and from what I can tell it gets done about 2 times a day. Usually, I notice it pretty late at night and first thing in the morning. I've never experienced having it show up and then disappear though...maybe there is some sort of glitch today. If you sent a PM to Allen though, I am sure he will get it sorted out and make it right. Try submitting a support desk ticket - it should be resolved fairly quickly. ~ Sirius |
